We create GABA in our bodies naturally as a chemical change of amino acids during anaerobic work, a type of exercise that doesn't use oxygen as its main energy source. Den's Organic GABA Green Tea is made using organic shade-grown raw leaves grown for sencha. Tea leaves with even higher levels of GABA values are created by using shade-grown raw leaves that are high in amino acids and repeating anaerobic and aerobic treatments three times. Our Organic GABA Green Tea contains over 300 ml of GABA/100g of tea which is higher than other GABA green teas.
