Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction and enjoyment. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us by phone at 877-336-7832 or by e-mail at info@denstea.com within 30 days of your order.

We can replace and refund the price of all products as well as the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

If the return is for other reasons, we can refund the items in question though we would kindly ask that the customer pays for the return label. Once received, we can issue the refund.
