Our Organic Genmaicha is a made from organic sencha, organic roasted rice (genmai), and popped rice. For this blend we used our Organic Sencha, a tea not normally used for genmaicha. It creates a premium version of one of our popular genmaicha.

This is a nice combination of a sencha's umami profile and the roasty, toasted notes of the organic roasted rice.
Den's Preferred Brewing:
Leaf-water ratio: 2-3 g (~1 tsp)/4 oz
Water: Boiled; Steep: 30 sec
2nd Cup Water: Boiled; Steep 15 sec
For a cup of Iced Tea:
Steep as directed for hot tea. Once you brew it, put ice into the cup to lock in the aroma.
