For iced tea, pour a packet of matcha and 16.9 oz (500 ml) of water into a water bottle and shake well. If you use are using a bottle of water, sip a little first to make some space. Then, pour in a matcha packet, replace the cap, and shake well. For hot tea, whisk a pouch of matcha with 4 oz of 180°F water.
