Our Organic Sencha is carefully grown in our contracted tea farm in Shizuoka under the strict specifications of JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard), an organic program that is equivalent to NOP (National Organic Program) of the US. Our tastings confirmed that this tea is one of the highest quality teas among organic teas in Japan.

Tasting Profile:
The brewed cup is a light yellow, almost luminous, color. The flavor is nuanced while still possessing the classic sencha flavor profile. The aftertaste is refreshing with a hint of dryness.
