The Nichijo matcha is an entry-level ceremonial.
This is your go-to daily drinker that won't break the bank. You might use it to greet your weekday early mornings or sip on it while studying or working. In fact, the word nichijo can translate to "daily" in Japanese. Use this matcha to make an unadulterated bowl of green or to make a decked-out matcha latte.
The matcha itself is actually made from many different first flush tenchas. When we tasted it ourselves, we struggled to find specific tasting notes because of this blending but simply enjoyed its smoothness and approachability. Ultimately, we found this tea to be consistent and simple.

Tasting Profile:
Smooth, simple and consistent. It has an easy-going creamy mouth feel and subtle sweetness and a little bitterness and some astringency at the end. The initially "sweetness" that is experienced reminded us of something like the softness of a croissant.
