The tencha for this matcha is grown in a USDA certified tea garden and processed in a USDA certified facility. It is rare to find this combination in Japan. Best of all, the Organic Matcha has the same rich flavor as regular matcha.

Tasting Profile:
Has a rich, umami profile that is thick and creamy. A slight, earthy flavor compliments the classic sweet, creamy notes typical to ceremonial matcha.
Den's Preferred Brewing:
Matcha: 1 g or 1 chashaku scoop or 1/2 tsp
Water: 2 oz @ 180°F
Whisk matcha well with a chasen (bamboo whisk)..
