Our Organic Premium Restaurant Matcha is carefully and naturally grown at our contracted tea farm in Kawane, Shizuoka under the strict specifications of JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) organic program that is equivalent to the NOP (National Organic Program) in the US. We believe it is the best quality in terms of umami and cup color among cooking grade organic Matchas. You can enjoy a straight cup of hot or iced Matcha or use it as a premium ingredient for Lattes, Lemonade, pastry and other culinary treats.

Water: 2oz @ 180F
Matcha: 1 gram or 1 scoop of Chashaku or 1/2 teaspoon
