Matcha with Brown Rice Cookie
This cookie uses Den’s organic Matcha and Genmai (roasted rice). It was made in tribute to our Genmaicha Extra Green.
Matcha with Brown Rice Cookie was improved! In order to enjoy the flavor of Matcha even more, we created a simple matcha cookie with less sweetness, and topped it with brown rice without kneading it into it, resulting in a cookie with a more toasted aroma and crunchy texture.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, AF Fiber Blend, Emulsifier from vegetable fat), Unsalted butter, Shortening, Brown sugar, Granulated sugar, Egg, Brown rice, Baking soda, Matcha, Chlorella, Vanilla extract, Salt

Houjicha Butterscotch Cookie
Den’s Houjicha powder brings you a deep and roasted flavor in the sweetness of this cookie. The butterscotch is sweet and perfectly harmonizes with Houjicha's slight bitterness.
