Featured Teas: Organic Sencha & Organic Fukamushi Sencha

While we have had our 2025 Organic Sencha for some time, we were happy to welcome back our Organic Fukamushi Sencha, which consists of the 2025 crop. When we opened a bag for sampling, we were graced with the smell of freshly processed tea. It is sweet, bright, and brings a kind of clarity and optimism to the mind. We think you all will be happy with this year's tea.

If you are more of a fan of asamushi steamed tea, we have our classic Organic Sencha. The needle-shaped leaves unfurl in the hot water, releasing their subtle sweet flavor. The sweetness turns into a gentle dryness on the tongue and throat. The brewed tea is clear, and it is nice to watch it glisten in the sun. We hope you'll enjoy this tea as well.
