First Details On Our Hashiri Shincha

Den recently visited his company in Shizuoka to find your 2025 teas. While he was there, he went to the tea fields and tasted different aracha. Aracha is crude tea that comes from local tea farmers. Later, aracha is sorted into sencha, kukicha, etc.
Den also spent time looking for and selecting our 2025 Hashiri Shincha. We are still slated to release our shincha toward the end of April, if not early May. The weather was a bit cold during the beginning of Spring, resulting in slower growth of the leaves. However, we have finally selected both our fukamushi and asamushi Hashiri Shincha for this year.
