Gusto Bread

These breads were created by Gusto Bread, an artisanal panadería in Long Beach, California. Gusto Bread specializes in baking with masa madre (a wild fermented sourdough culture) and in-house nixtamal (fresh corn masa). It has gained a reputation as the best bakery in downtown Long Beach. In addition to great bread and pastries, they are serving “Hoja Santa Matcha” and “Horchata Matcha” using our Organic Premium Matcha. Stop in if you are in the area!
