Introducing Koko #5, our newest single-cultivar matcha from Kagoshima, Japan. 🍵 Made exclusively from first-flush Saemidori tea leaves, Koko #5 offers a vibrant green color, rich umami, natural sweetness, and gentle astringency. It's creamy and umami-rich with notes of milk chocolate, buttered crackers, and roasted nuts and a little bitterness at the end.
