The basket allows people to easily get into and enjoy loose leaf tea. It has a clean, minimalist design and has many fine holes, allowing it to brew very coarse teas like fukamushi sencha with ease. As the name suggests, it also comes with a lid, which effectively holds the infuser in place once you are done using it.
