Our Shincha is coming soon!

Despite the cold weather this Spring, Shincha (new harvest tea) season has officially started. Tea picking started in some areas in Shizuoka and the Shizuoka tea market started auctions yesterday as well. Our favorite farms, however, are not ready yet. They are still looking for the best timing to pick and produce our Hashiri Shincha which should happen over the next several days.

We will start Pre-ordering Hashiri Shincha on April 20th.
