This Koicha Matcha is produced in the renown Hosino Village where premium Gyokuro and Matcha are grown in rich soil nurtured by the morning mist. You will experience a rich aroma when you whisk this Koicha.

Cultivar: Blend of Yabukita, Okumidori, Saedori, Saemidori
It has a very nutty and sweet flavor with a hint of a roasted finish. It is creamy and smooth on the pallet as if it is melting in your mouth.
Den's Preferred Brewing:
Water: 2oz @ 180F
Matcha: 1 gram or 1 scoop of Chashaku or 1/2 teaspoon
Whisk the Matcha well with Chasen (Bamboo whisk)
