Wa-koucha means Japan black tea. Black tea makes up less than 1% of the entire tea production in Japan. Consequently, this sachet of tea is not only rare but it also has an elegant flavor that many black teas produced in other countries do not have. We wrap each bag in a foil pouch to insure freshness.

Brewing: Use one teabag and hot water. Steep for 30 seconds for a mild cup; longer for a deeper flavor.
