Kamiakari Brown Rice

In collaboration with The Rice Factory, we are now offering brown rice. This brown rice comes from Nagano, in central Japan. The cultivar used for this rice is Kamiakari. Kamiakari is a legendary cultivar in Japan. Only seven rice farmers in Japan produce it.

It has a dense, chewy mouthfeel and a sweet, nutty flavor. Its hardy profile reminds one of the immense strength and nourishing grace of Mother Earth. 

Each bag comes with 2 lbs of rice.
