Honyama Oolong is a rare lightly fermented oolong tea from Honyama, Shizuoka. It was over a decade ago when Tatsuji Takahashi, a passionate tea producer based out of Honyama, started growing oolong tea trees. These tea trees have been growing in the pristine weather of the Honyama mountainous region, resulting in healthy leaves and flavorful tea. Our Honyama Oolong has an elegant, and sweet milky flavor.

Tasting Profile:
A slight coconut milky note graces the nose and mouth. There is a gentle, sweet aftertaste that slowly disappears.
