Cold Brew Shincha
June is National Iced Tea Month and I’m sure that in some parts of North America you are already enjoying this refreshing beverage. To celebrate National Iced Tea Month, we suggest you also try a special Shincha cold brew tea. All it takes is:
- Hachiju-hachiya Shinha - 5 grams
- Cold Water - 8oz
Simply put the tea and water into a teapot and wait for 7 minutes. Then pour into a chilled glass and enjoy a beautiful emerald green tea with no bitterness, only Umami, and a powerful natural flavor.
