We recent received a new brown rice from our partners at The Rice Factory. Previously, our single brown rice option was the Kamiakari Brown Rice, made using the rare Kamiakari cultivar. While we are currently out of stock of this one, we decided to carry the unpolished variant of our Nanatsuboshi White Rice. The Nanatsuboshi Brown Rice possesses the same sweetness as its white rice counterpart, but its unpolished nature makes the rice more chewy, as if you can feel the density of each individual grain. Hearty and pure, we feel this rice that will adorn your cuisine and your life.
