Hydration is not limited to the warmer months. Hydration is a year-round concern. Our winter seasonal Yuzu Kukicha with Matcha is an ideal iced tea with many health benefits. It also has a refreshing citrus aroma, a unique kukicha flavor, and rich umami.

Brewing Iced Yuzu Kukicha with Matcha:
  1. Put 3 teaspoons of Yuzu Kukicha with Matcha and 8oz of 180F hot water into a teapot and steep for one minute.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour brewed tea into it to lock in the aroma.
Hint: Make the stronger tea with more tea than instructed so that its taste won’t be weaker when ice melts.
