Why do we recommend Bancha with a meal?
There are several reasons why you should consider Bancha for your meal time drink:
- Bancha has less caffeine than Sencha and is a stomach friendly green tea, consequently it won’t cause problems if you happen to overindulge!
- The mild taste of Bancha does not interfere with the taste of your meal.
