Aromatic Teas for Iced Tea
We are about half way through winter, but here in Southern California we are experiencing an unusually warm February and it reminds us of summer and refreshing iced tea. We know many areas of North America are still cold and snowy, yet iced tea will also quench your thirst in the dry winter weather.
Hot brewed iced tea is simple to make and especially flavorful when you used a highly aromatic teas like Genmaicha, Houjicha or fruit flavored teas. Simply brew hot tea and pour it over ice. The aroma is locked and ready to be served.
